Fannett knows water like nowhere else in America — Tropical Storm Imelda’s peak U.S. rainfall, 44.29 inches, was recorded two miles southwest of here in 2019, with some 31 inches falling in just 12 hours. On this flat coastal prairie southwest of Beaumont, that history makes one thing non-negotiable: concrete has to be poured with drainage designed in, not hoped for.
Fannett properties are mostly rural — homes on acreage along 124 and 365 where the concrete work runs bigger than a city lot: long driveways, shop and barn slabs, and pads for equipment. We handle the dirt work, grading, and compaction that acreage jobs need, then form, steel, and pour to a spec that matches what the slab has to carry.
